2. Hosting and access data
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Cloudflare"). This includes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring website, and your browser and operating system.
Purpose: We need this data to deliver the website to you and to protect it against attacks and misuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure, reliable and fast website.
Recipient and transfer to a third country: Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. Data may be processed in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information:cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Storage period: Access data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use web analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load content such as videos, fonts or social media plugins from other providers.
Links to other websites (for example TradingView, YouTube or LinkedIn) are plain links. Data is only sent to these providers when you click a link and open their website.
4. Contacting us
Purpose: We process the personal data you send us by email or provide by phone in order to answer and handle your enquiry. You are not obliged to give us your personal data. However, we cannot reply by email without your email address.
Legal bases:
- If you have given us your express consent, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- If we process your data to take steps before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- In all other cases, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Right to object: You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR that does not serve direct marketing. In the case of direct marketing, you can object at any time without giving reasons.
Legitimate interest: Our legitimate interest is to communicate with you quickly and to answer your enquiries cost-effectively. If you give us your postal address, we reserve the right to use it for direct marketing by post. You can protect your privacy by sharing as little data as possible (for example by using a pseudonym).
Categories of recipients: Hosting provider, email provider, shipping service providers for direct marketing.
Storage period: Your data is deleted once it is clear from the circumstances that your enquiry has been fully resolved. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data required under commercial and tax law for the legally required periods, usually ten years (§ 257 German Commercial Code (HGB), § 147 German Fiscal Code (AO)).
Right to withdraw consent: If we process your data based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Your rights
If we process your personal data, you are a data subject under the GDPR and have the following rights towards us as the controller:
- Right of access: You can request information about the personal data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Right to rectification: If data about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or complete it (Art. 16 GDPR).

- Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
a) General: a reasoned objection is required. If we process your personal data to protect our overriding legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or in the public interest (Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR), you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If you object, we will no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
b) Direct marketing: a simple objection is enough. If we process your personal data for direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time without giving reasons. This also applies to profiling connected with such direct marketing. If you object, we will no longer process your data for these purposes.
